Vinexpo Hong Kong

On the Vinexpo Salon in Hong Kong, May 28th, 29th and 30th French ambassador Bertrand Lortholary and Hong Kong SAR Governement Acting Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Bernard Chan came to taste the special cuvée Cornas 2008 ” Grande robe rouge” that was served to President Xi Jinping at one of the official dinner with President Macron while visiting  France May 6th and 7th.

A special label was designed to celebrate 60 years of friendship between China and France.

The “Grande robe rouge”  label symbolizes the links between the ancient wine trees of Cornas  and the tea plants of the  Dao Hong Pao tea  grown at the foot of  the Wuji Mount.
