“Le Rouet Rouge” spurs from the sunny hillside of Hermitage where Syrah blossoms. This wine displays aromas of red fruit, chocolate and spice characters. Lovely with red meat, especially fillet steak or more surprisingly with a roasted pheasant and slow cooked cabbage.
