The Southern expression with a hint of freshness

Round and flamboyant, “LesBartavelles” (The royal Partridges) are found on the rolled pebbles terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. This wine is velvety from Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes, with hints of figs and ripe strawberries brought by the Grenache. The perfect match to a glass of thi swine is a classic game casserole or a “Daube à la Provençale” (beef slow cooked in red wine).
