Secret plot on the wild Blue Coast.
This wine is coming from our vineyard located in Sausset-les-Pins (Cove in the Blue Coast near Marseille) and is 100% Clairette grapes. From the top of the white hill over looking at the Mediterranean Sea, the vines grow in the middle of cypresses, olive trees and “garrigue”(scrubland). Fresh aromas of fennel and citrus, round and elegant at the same time, perfect to pair with the Provençale cuisine from Jean-Luc Colombo’s childhood.
